Robot Stats. A small PHP code added to your home page detects the passing of robots and stores the dates in a SQL database.

The best means to submit a sitemap is to include its URL into the robots.txt file.

Google Analytics. Complete statistical reports, including bounce factor, mean time on the site, percents of clicks on links in a page. A JavaScript code must be inserted in each page.
PHPMyVisites. Requires PHP and MySQL. A PHP code must be inserted on each page.
ClickHeat. How where visitors clic in your pages. Require a JavaScript code, PHP, a database. A similar tools is integrated into Google Analytics too.
