Reads a directory, builds 
- an xml document,
- or a html web page.
Elements of the xml document are sub-directories and files,
attributes are names, lengths and dates...

This tool could be used to build a directory of all your CDs...

Syntax:  dir2xml [-html] directory filename.xml
- the -html option produces a html page.
- the directory argument is a directory, . for current
- the filename.xml or filename.html argument is the file to generate.
The root directory has the form  c: (windows) or  / (unix)
